Check for Updates
Before updating your system, check for the latest version available. Visit our Updates Page to view and download the most recent updates. Make sure to read the release notes to understand what’s new in the update.
Steps to Update eSkooly Pro
Follow these easy steps to update your system:

Log in to the Super Admin Account
Ensure you are logged in to the super admin account, as updates can only be applied from this account.

Navigate to the Update System Page
- From the left menu, go to General Settings > About & Update.
- This will take you to the update system page.

Upload the Update File
Click on the Browse button to select the update .zip* file you downloaded from our updates page. Once selected, click Save Files to upload the update.

Automatic Update Installation
After uploading, the system will automatically process and install the update. Wait for the process to complete. Once done, your system will be updated to the latest version!

Minimum Version Requirements

Please note that updates require your system to meet certain version prerequisites. If you are upgrading from a lower version, follow this sequenceExample: If you are currently on version 9.0 and want to update to 9.4.0, but 9.4.0 requires a minimum version of 9.3.0, you must first update your system to 9.3.0.
This ensures a smooth transition and prevents compatibility issues.
