Starting your journey with eSkooly Basic is quick, easy, and absolutely hassle-free. If you're ready to take control of your school management, let's walk through the simple steps to get you up and running!

Step 1: Visit www.eskooly.com and Click ‘Sign Up Now’

To kick things off, head to our website, www.eskooly.com, and hit that inviting ‘Sign Up Now’ button—it’s calling your name! Don’t worry, this won’t take more than a few minutes.

Step 2: Fill Out the Signup Form

Once you’re on the signup page, here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Email Address: Enter a unique, valid email address (make sure it’s one you actually use—it’s important!).
  • Create a Password: Pick a password that’s at least 8 characters long and has a mix of letters and numbers. A strong password is the first step to a secure eSkooly account.
  • Confirm Your Password: Double-check your password by typing it again.
  • Accept Our Terms and Conditions: (Yes, we’ve got them, and they’re important too!) Check that box to show you’re on board.
  • Click Sign Up: The big moment! Hit ‘Sign Up,’ and your account is ready to roll. 🎉
Step 3: Welcome to Your Dashboard! 🎈

Voila! Once signed up, you’ll be whisked directly to your new eSkooly dashboard—the control center of your educational empire. Take a deep breath and enjoy the view; you’re officially in the driver’s seat. 🕹️

Important things to Remember

Students & Staff Don’t Need to Sign Up:
Here’s the cool part: your students and other staff members won’t need to go through this signup process! As soon as you add a new student or staff member to your eSkooly system, their accounts are created automatically with unique usernames and passwords. A hassle-free experience for them and for you!
Logging Back In

To log back in after you log out, head over to the Login page at https://eskooly.com/bb/signin.php. Choose I'm Admin, Enter your registered email and password, and you’ll be right back to your dashboard in a flash! ✨ And don’t forget, you can also log in from the eSkooly mobile app, so you’re never far from managing your institution.

Note

After signing up, we’ll send a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and click on the Verify Now button to confirm your account. This step ensures your email is genuine, and it unlocks all the features of eSkooly Basic. 📧✅

And that’s it! You’re now a certified eSkooly Basic user, ready to take on the world of school management with ease and efficiency. 🎓
